These activities include story time, yoga, and qigong specifically tailored to the needs and attention span of children and young teenagers. Mommy and Me Fitness is held at The Fitness Compound of Huntington Beach. Our classes are 45 minutes long and are open to Moms (AND DADS!) and their little walkers between the ages of 1 and 4 years old.    They are taught by Michele Mandala, personal trainer and credentialed elementary school teacher. She will run an easy going, fun 45 minute class packed full of calorie burning, exciting and stimulating activities for you and your little one.
